Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about our dispatch services
How much do your dispatch services cost?
We operate on a simple percentage-based pricing model, typically
ranging from 5% to 10% per load depending on your fleet size and
service needs. There are no hidden fees, setup charges, or long-term
contracts. You only pay when you get paid, which means our success is
directly tied to yours.
How quickly can I get started with your dispatch services?
Most carriers can be onboarded and dispatching within 48 hours. The
process involves submitting your MC number, insurance documents, and
authority paperwork. Once verified, we immediately start searching for
profitable loads that match your truck type and preferred lanes.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No! We don't believe in forcing carriers into long-term commitments.
You're free to work with us on your terms. We earn your business every
day through quality service, competitive rates, and reliable support.
You can discontinue service at any time with proper notice.
What truck types do you dispatch for?
We provide dispatch services for all major truck types including Dry
Van, Reefer (refrigerated), Flatbed, Step Deck, Box Trucks, Power
Only, Hot Shot, and specialized equipment. Our experienced dispatchers
understand the unique requirements and opportunities for each
equipment type.
Are your dispatchers available 24/7?
Yes! We understand that trucking doesn't operate on a 9-to-5 schedule.
Our dispatch team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle
emergencies, answer questions, find loads, and provide support
whenever you need it. Administrative support is available Monday
through Saturday during business hours.
What paperwork do you handle?
We handle all dispatch-related paperwork including rate confirmations,
broker setup packets, load booking documentation, invoicing, and
follow-ups. We also maintain organized records for your business and
ensure all documentation is FMCSA compliant. You focus on driving
safely—we handle the rest.
Do I need my own authority (MC number)?
Yes, you must have your own operating authority (MC number) and proper
insurance to use our dispatch services. If you don't have authority
yet, we can guide you through the process and recommend trusted
partners who can help you obtain it quickly and affordably.
How do you find loads for me?
We use multiple load boards, direct broker relationships, and industry
connections to find the best-paying freight. Our dispatchers actively
negotiate rates, verify broker credentials, and match loads to your
equipment type, preferred lanes, and schedule. We prioritize quality
over quantity to maximize your profitability.
